Numbarn is free to use. We earn revenue in two ways:
1. Display advertising
We show ads through Google AdSense on some pages. Ads are clearly separated from calculator content and placed away from input fields and buttons to prevent accidental clicks.
2. Affiliate links
Some calculator pages include clearly labeled affiliate links to relevant products or services. For example:
- Mortgage calculator → mortgage rate comparison tools
- Retirement calculator → brokerage comparisons
- Password generator → password manager recommendations
- Debt payoff → consolidation loan offers
If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. These links are always marked as "Sponsored" or "Partner."
What we never do
- We never adjust calculator formulas or results to favor an advertiser or affiliate partner.
- We never place ads inside calculator controls where they could be clicked accidentally.
- We never sell your data or calculator inputs.
- We never require an account to use any calculator.
